Verzekering
All our rentals include basic insurance, but we highly recommend upgrading to our Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) for just €10 per day. This optional insurance can be added even after your reservation is confirmed – simply contact us to include it. With SCDW (€10/day): • In case of a collision, the maximum charge is €800. • If no damage occurs, your full deposit is returned (minus a small processing fee). Without SCDW: • In case of a collision, the maximum charge is €1200. • If no damage occurs, the deposit is returned (minus a processing fee). A €600 deposit is always required, regardless of the insurance option. All refunds are subject to a 2–4% processing fee depending on your card type. The SCDW does not cover intentional damage, gross negligence, off-road driving, or violations of traffic rules. The price for the insurance on yescapa are for SCDW, in case that you don't hire from us is 1200 euros Travel smart, travel safe — with SCDW.

Pechhulp
Als het voertuig geïmmobiliseerd is na pech of een incident, ben je gedekt door de pechhulp en verzekering van de verhuurder. Via een speciaal telefoonnummer kan je contact opnemen met de pechhulp en word je geïnformeerd over de te nemen stappen.

Beveiligde betaling
Wanneer je op Yescapa betaalt, wordt de vergoeding voor de eigenaar van het voertuig bewaard in een unieke en beveiligde portefeuille tot de dag na je vertrek. Dus geen onaangename verrassingen, de eigenaar verwelkomt je op de dag van vertrek om je eerste stappen met zijn voertuig voor te bereiden. De eigenaar ontvangt zijn vergoeding nadat je goed en wel bent kunnen vertrekken met het voertuig.

Vertrekgarantie
Als je de huur niet kunt starten vanwege een defect aan je voertuig of eigenaargerelateerde redenen, helpt ons team om een ander voertuig te zoeken voor jouw reis of krijg je een volledige terugbetaling.

⚠️ Important information regarding tolls and security deposit The security deposit can be managed through the Yescapa platform if applicable. However, Norwegian road tolls (AutoPASS) must be managed directly with us. Before the start of the rental, all guests must provide a valid payment card or another payment method approved by us to guarantee payment of toll charges incurred during the trip. This requirement is mandatory for all rentals.

We offer several campervan categories to suit different travel styles and budgets. When you book with us, we’ll assign you one of our available models within your selected category. We do not guarantee a specific brand or model, but we always deliver a high-quality, fully equipped van that meets or exceeds your expectations.

All our vans are recent models (some are brand new or have very low mileage), regularly maintained, easy to drive and fully insulated — perfect for exploring Norway in all seasons. All are automatic unless otherwise specified.
